5.3 truck pan

Alright I am in the middle of a nasty divorce and the ex grabbed my top end as well as my oil pan. I need to get this swap done and over with. Can anybody tell me if I can use the truck pan. does anybody know how much lower it rides?? I just cant afford to go get another one right now! will work for parts!! LOL!

Is this going in a 4th gen? If so, not a chance. Pans are set up totally differently. I ended up biting the bullet and buying a new one, was like 220 from the dealer.

where do you think the biggest problem was with the truck pan?

it will not fit, period. you would have to hack up the k member big time.
