HAHA thats funny, Nick Richert was just telling me about going down there. I would say swap it bc you have a very unqiue color and like everyone else has said about how cars are not going for that good of money right now.

Swap it if you got the funds patiences tools and space. And i would save up and do the engine once how you want it. stroke it cam it and all that other fun stuff. you don't wanna pull the engine twice. Try to find a l92 out of a escalade or something im not shure if the intake will fit though so i would check on that.

i was talking about if it would fit under the hood. And i think you need the l76 intake to use l92 heads

Ok well now i have another question, if i go the ls2 route, then would i need to do alot of splicing for the electronics side of things. I mean if i need to rewire the computer the speedo and a bunch of other things i probabaly won't go that route. So if anyone knows how hard it would be to get the ls2 wiring to work that would be very helpful. I am confident in my work and my ability to do the swap, i just would rather not sacrifice reliability by doing a ton of modifications to the wiring throughout the car. When you splice wires your kind of asking for a problem to happen. Well again everybody's help is greatly appreciated and i hope that early next year i will be able to start the swap. Also i know you guys say that the ls1,ls2,ls3 etc are all the same engine essentially, but would the mounting points for a ls2 match up to the mounting points on an ls1 k member. Thanks agian.

sorry ,cant help you w/ the wiring question. but it seams like a good project. and for the powertrain i feel any ls series engine would be cool. we have the ls1 in our boat and i am always so impressed with how smooth it runs and performes.

im not shure on the wireing harness question eather mabey it would be easier to just put a stroked ls1 in there.
