lol. i want to do the 4l80-e swap, but the only thing im not looking forward to is that i'd have to grind the casing for my turbo kit..... wastegates need clearancing with the bigger 4l80-e. But on the up-side. it'd be a tranny i probably wouldnt have to worry about, just drive and go and not have to hassel with every season for a freshen up!sigpic

that God telling you to swap to the 4l80e lol yeah you gotta hear it click three times and kinda spin it clockwise as you push it up on. Honestly though your trans is in good shape now why risk breaking it? Swap it and be done.Doing less with more

Yea, your right. Im actually talking to a sponsor on ls1tech right now about getting set up with the entire 80-e swap package, custom converter and everything. I might just go ahead and do it now if i can.sigpic

Little set back in the build. I am going to go ahead and do something with the transmission. Good thing i got going on such a good pace with this project, i have a ton of time to play with now. Better now than ever to do something for the trans.sigpic
