  • Output shaft the same?

Ok, quick question. I want to swap the driveshaft from the 94 V6 'maro onto the 93 V8 'bird, but I need to be sure that they are interchangeable, as I would rather not have to fill both transmissions back up with fluid because I had to change the yoke or something. . . Anyway, the V6 has a 5 speed, the V8 is an A4. Are the trans output shafts the same? Can I just swap the two parts no problems, or will I have to change the yokes? Let me know! Thanks in advance.

I don't have a clue but why doyou want to swap them? Have an aluminum one on the V6 or something?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was one of Nick's mods to the v6.

yes they are the same, your alum driveshaft originally came from a v8, and will go back on a v8
