  • Hmm i got a prob

Ok well i dont know where to put this so move it if needed. I was driving down a dirt road a preatty bad one to but i was going slow to get over the bumps and the power stearing and breaks both went out and the engine stalled i was like wtf. The breaks wernt out but really hard to push them my gf was like omg wtf is goin on and i was like just chill. Its been kinda stallin on me once and awhile when i go to park somewhere it will just stall then im like hey i dont gotta shut it off haha. But it was kinda scarin me caus the breaks were hard to push and didnt have much of a responce to me pushin on the pedal and i couldnt really stop. So idk what to do or where to start lookin

You have power steering and brakes. If the engine stalls there's no vacuum for the brakes and the power steering pump isn't spinning so you get no assist. Man up and stomp on the brakes and pull hard on that wheel! Start with plugs/wires/cap/rotor/fuel filter and see if it improves.

also check your belts. and fluid levels. if the engine is running and still no PS, then either your fluid is gone, or your belt broke. in which case the pump will not spin, causeing no PS..

Stalling like that sounds like it needs a tuneup. Get Gone has the idea with the parts that need replaced.. I would start here.

Your not giving us a lot to go on. Does it idle rough/shake? How do your plugs look? Hows the fuel pressure? Any SES codes?

You can just throw a jumper wire across the top right two terminals of the OBD port and it will flash out the codes for you. You can find the procedure simple enough on google. Sounds like you got a misfire or timing issue. Maybe some bad injectors or something.
