Yea, Ive been wanting to understan how a stall works myself because I get confused about them as well. Im gonna be installing a Vig. 3k stall soon which will actualy stall about 3300 because they underrated them. I cant wait to see what it will feel like also with a GM 4.10.

I run a 2600 stall on my TPI, which has a power band of 3200-5200 or so

Sell me yours Derek! LOL.....Yeah My power band is 1800-5500 so I'm going with a 2400-2500 stall.

I heard S10 converters are really good and cheap to for ppl with 3rd gens. I hear they are around 2200......which would be pretty good if I can get one cheap enough.
