Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

The PRO 5.0 will work on our cars? I looked them up a while back, and the applications list I saw didn't list the Camaro or Firebird V6. . . Anybody have pics? I'm looking for a short throw as well.
I hear the "Lou's Short Stick" is a good choice too, I think it comes with a pistol grip knob too. . .
I think I'm going to try the Pro 5.0 or the Short Stick, I kinda like the pistol grip, but I might go with a standard SS style knob or even a t-handle. Let us know how the pro 5.0 works out for you, if you like it, I might order one myself.
I got the Pro 5.0 shifter last week and installed it today.
The shifter feels very nice and smooth. 2nd to 3rd shifts are no longer a problem.
The only gripe i have is that the the shaft does not seem to be any shorter that stock. So i went back to the WS6 store and ordered one of there 6" bolt on shafts. I will probably get it next week and I will report back again once i get the new shaft installed.
I forgot to take some photos, I have not installed the center console back again. So I will try to take some tomarrow.
I have seen a lot of people just cut and weld them instead of ordering new handles.
I have a MGW on my mustang and i have never felt anything like it before.
There is probobly less slop in the whole thing compared to my stock shifter in a gear on the T/A
1995 TA Sold. i sure do miss it though.
