Umi short torque arm adjustment help

1995 trans am lt1 4l60e..wat shood i set it at or measure from..harmonic balancer is -5 and torque arm is 0

I set mine using the flat bottom of the torque arm where it attaches to the rear end and the angle of the driveshaft
