1995 lt1 trans am with a 4l60e and 85k miles..past 2 years Car eont go into 3rd under wot.now 3rd is gone just like netrual....i think my 3 -4 clutch pack is burnt up..any thougjts.....were to get new parts mods while i have tranny out ?

No 3rd gear at wot is a classic sign of a 3-4 clutch pack going bad. Went through the same thing myself.When in doubt, Whip it out ! -
^same thing happened to me. Ended up being the 34 clutch pack.Comment

For what it's worth, the 4l60e in my 96 K1500 pickup did the same thing, but not only was the 3/4 clutch pack nuked, there was a stuck check ball or two into the separator plate. So, beast sunshell, completely new clutches throughout, new separator plate and check balls and I was back on the road.Comment
