5.3L Power Setup Question, Few pointers needed.

I know my engine setups fairly well, just figured i Could use some input. on a converter and throttle body question?
Lets say i want to turbo a 5.3L, and it would have 3.73's/ 4.10's or 4.56's with 37" tires but mainly for 35" for a year.

What would be better a 3600 or 3000 Stall converter?
Also What is the best Throttle body to put on a 5.3L Truck manifold bang for buck theory?

And What is a Stock bottom end on a 5.3L capable SAFELY daily driven for boost.

Depends on a lot.

Weight
Tire size
Gear
Desired max RPM
Turbo size
Power level

Call a converter company and tell them what you want to do. Any turbo car making decent power needs a converter spec'd to there combo IMO.

Keep the stock 78mm TB.

im not sure what gear i want, i already have the 3.73's but not sure if i should go 4.10's or stay with 3.73's,
i already have both converters unfortunately. both good up to 600hp.

max rpm would probably be i think its tuned at 6000 now i have a blackbear tune.

tires will be 35s for about a year till i get the lift then ill be going 37s.
hoping for around 550 to the wheels with a few mods to the motor and a turbo.

mainly want to get the trans figured out now as its on 320k miles and its just now starting to slip 3rd and 4th at wot

Coworker built a truck for his friend. Its on 37's with 6.0 S475 setup. Made 600whp on 8 psi. Seems to be holding together ok because he rags the hell out of it. Stock truck manifolds (intake) and TB's have proven themselves into the 8's 1/4 times. I wouldn't waste money on one. A converter would be something I'd call the company for. Don't just throw a random converter in. Also make sure you have the biggest most ridiculous trans cooler you can buy on it.
