So I have a 99 ls1 Camaro ss with a t56 less then 70xxx miles mild mods any ways I was driving the car the other day nothing harsh just cruising went to shit and let off the clutch and and it popped outta gear and began to grind so I pushed in the clutch and pulled over then tried to engage the clutch in first if I give it gas it pops out and grinds or if I let off the clutch fast it grinds no grab it does it in every gear including reverse the only way I can move it is feather the clutch and apply light gas I don't see any leaks I'm thinking slave cylinder but I do not know any help on where to start would help thanks guys

pull the shifter and check the cup bushing

Fluid level?
Popping out of every gear usually indicates that it's shifter related, unless it ran low on fluid and all the pads wore out on the shift forks
Can you put it in gear with the engine off, fire it up, and drive without it popping out of that gear?
