Just remember as you get older your reaction time gets slower, 1.5 may be best you'll get, no matter what you do to car! LOL LOL.
Glad your doing good after surgery.

I'm close to being ready - Need to try to take care of some exhaust leaks....damn exhaust has been off and on so many times it's just done. Still need to wire the spray, the 4.10's are here sitting in a box. Figured I'd put some miles on the clutch before installing gears.
The new clutch seems to be nice, the new PST aluminum drive shaft got rid of my drive line vibrations and the pro 5.0 shifter is pretty neat

Going to be hard to go below a 1.50 short time. Did you do that with drag radials? If so, that's damn good. When in doubt, Whip it out !

This I agree with... When I cut the 1.50 60's I was stalling the car up to 1600-1800 and launching. I had never done that before, I usually launched just off idle, 1100 rpms. I know when I launch at 1100 the stall flashes higher, hoping that might be good for just a tad quicker 60'.. I'm going to try both ways next time out and see what happens..Originally posted by 1BADAIR View PostLarry's convertor will probably hold him back

Yep, that is my plan of attack next time out..Originally posted by c0ncEpT View PostYeah IMO the lower you flash it from the faster it will go to the 60. Your converter is small so taking a run at it will really help it flash higher on the juice.sigpic
