I'm trying to install my UMI short stick on to the Hurst Billet plus but the stick that came will it the bolts threaded into the base. The UMI bolts are to small to go into the threads and the Hurst bolts are to big to go into the UMI stick.
Do I just put lock washers and nuts on the back side?

Thats what I was thinking cause its just the slightest of margins smaller holes. But then the problem would be the heads of the bolts won't seat flat into the recess.
I don't know if the stock bolts fit or not cause I haven't removed the shifter yet, because everyone is out of Amsoil ATF.
