    What clutch did you go with? Launching doesn't bother me, if this car ever sees sticky tires it will have a different clutch in it.

      i wouldnt go with the aluminum in your case kyle. Not unless you have plans for a wilder setup in the future. The aluminum flywheel helps if your car is hitting the tires too hard on launches and shifts. Basically its a different solution to the traction issue... instead of adding traction you are just hitting the tires with a smaller hammer (but with the same force behind it). I want a lighter flywheel because I have a hard time keeping my car straight between shifts but dont want to grenade my 10 bolt. However that said, i think the aluminum cuts off more weight than i would like so im not sure if ill ever go through with it.


      Edit: Another thing to consider is that a lighter flywheel can also increase the strain on your crank. Rev limiter launches with traction and a light flywheel is a good formula for snapping a crank in half. Not that I expect you to be doing that... but fwiw.
