Major score today. Picked up a Ford 9" rear for an Fbody with 4.10 gears. Complete even has brakes on it. Are you ready for this? $700 Was posted on craigslist 2 weeks ago. Never 005.JPGheard from the guy till this morning. He turned out to live about 1/2 mile away. Its now tucked away in my garage. Will be a nice winter project. 006.JPG

Now i can get that set of good drag radials on and not worry about the "crunch". I'm running 12.80's with a 2.25 60' right now. I'm hoping that the DR's can get that short time down to 1.80 or so so I can use the converter off the line. Then maybe a 100 shot until I can decide where to go motor wise. Now I'll need to get rid of the 10 bolt. I just had DTS put in new 3.73's and a Tru-Trac posi in July.When in doubt, Whip it out !Comment
