    Working on my buddy's 02 SS, we've had the trans out a few times, stuff adjusted etc.. but this was a first for me. Had to replace the pilot bearing

    The pic (crappy cell phone pic) really doesn't do justice to how out of round it was

            Without the needles it looks like an old school bronze bushing and not a pilot bearing. LOL

                sorry, pilot bushing maybe? Still learning M6 terminology there weren't any needles in the first place...
