  • Another problem

    This car is driving me crazy. so i stuck the 1 piece shaft in it today and every time i go over 3500 rpm the shifter rise up and start making a smacking sound under the car. has anyone had this problem.

      thanks. i hope this car dont nickle and dime me to death. also someone removed the sway bar end links.

        With it being an older car, you're right in the prime time for maintenance so unfortunately you might have a few things to do.

            haha I pretty much broke my trans mount at the track up at school last year. Shifter would move about an inch every time I took off. Had to limp it that way for the rest of October...But now I have a poly mount and it's fine!

            Used to own a Firebird.
