    Were and what kind of trany fluid

    were do i add it and what kind of fluid goes in a 96 firebird 3800 with a 5spd.

    Should be a plug in the side of it that you can put a 3/8 extention into and turn out, i THINK it takes ATF, and you fill it till it runs out the port in the side.

      Yep there should be a plug on the driverside "I think" that you can drain (plug on bottom) and fill (plug on top). As far as I know it just takes ATF like Spencer said. I use Amsoil but you can buy the cheap stuff also.
