i need to know if the 1 piece driveshaft will fit the v6 car with the 2 piece

Yes, you will need to pull the yoke off your old one or buy a new yoke (Different # of splines I believe). BTW, If you need one, I also have a steel 1-pc you can buy cheap.

BTW, you are from Clio. Are you familiar with this Chevy truck for sale?

Maybe you could go get some pics of it for me. I can't imagine Clio is that big a town. That way I could actually deliver the parts to you on my way to buy that truck at the same time, (that is if there is still some life in it). Just looking for a beater 4x4 to get me around in winter and maybe do some wheeling.

ya i can go and check it out for you. also i slit the driveshaft in two and so its not the rear end. I was told the 1 piece will work i will just feel a little more vibration.

This is true but nonetheless it will work out just fine. One piece=more durable for higher hp levels if that matters to you.

I have an Inland Empire driveshaft on my V6 and it works great. No problems at all and honestly, I hate the 2 piece anyway. You don't have to breakl the bank like I did. Just find a used shaft from, I believe '82 on up. It should work just fine.

To tell you the truth, I don't feel any extra vibration, but the peace of mind that the bearing won't crap out and sound like the rear end is going to fall out was well worth the investment. It's one less weak link.
