  • Clutch swap help, how to remove the hydrolic line?

    Trying to unhook the line for the clutch that goes into the side of the t56, whats the secret?

    push the line in
    push the plastic ring in.
    then pull

      the line didnt want to push at all. do they make a tool to push the ring thing in? Was having a pretty hard time.

        yeah there is a tool. i used to have it. a die grinder wrench sometimes works. alot of people just use 2 screw drivers to push it

          I used two screw drivers when I pulled mine out, didn't pull on the line until I had the plastic ring pushed in. Having the ring in kinda just pushed the line out. I highly recommend upgrading your clutch master cyl. and getting a new slave while you've got it all apart.
