  • Driveshaft swap Question

Hey guys I am looking to swap my driveshaft tomorrow. It is an aluminum 1 pc off of Nicks old 94 3.4L 5 Sp car. Will this bolt on to my '97 auto or will I have to change yokes? Thanks in advance!

i thought the v6s got a 2 peice steel? or is this one from a ls1? anyways a ls1 driveshaft will fit either t56 or a4 LS or LT.. but kind of confused about the v6 one lol.
edit: i just realized that yours is a 97 firebird not TA so i dont know anything about the v6s ones.. lol

Thanks for the reply Kyle. Yes the Driveshaft I am replacing is a 2 piece steel. The Driveshaft I wish to install ina 1pc aluminum on from and LS1 car. adapted to work on a 3.4 L T5.

V6 or V8, they bolt right in. I got an aluminum one a couple years ago and got rid of that 2-piece and couldn't be happier.
