4l60e or 700r4?

How do I tell the difference between them???

I would guess the eletrical connector on the side would not be there on a 700r4. But I am not 100%

4l60e is a electronically controlled th700r4 is not....
if its for your 94 camaro it is a 4l60e

thats how you tell look for electric connectors

The 700r4 has like 3 wires running to it where as the 4l60e has a bunch. Around 12-14 wires

the 700r4 has a tv cable by the dipstick the 4l60e doesnt.
