I have a remote bleeder up on the fire wall. I also have a vacum pump bleeder. Do I just hook the pump up to the valve. Or do I have to pump clutch peddle to bleed it. And what should I use in it? dot3 brake fluid

I used a vacuum pump bleeder and had to pump the pedal a few times to ensure the system was bled. I'm not familiar with the remote bleeder.sigpicTurbo Charged LS1/T56

some of them have the self bleeder. you crack it open and a spring closes it. you just get in and pump the pedal.
not sure if yours does though.
if not, open it and pull a small vacuum on it. close and pump the pedal a few times and vacuum it againComment

it had a check valve. Didn't need the power bleeder, but it made it easy to clean up. However that didn't fix my problem.
