I am prepping for my swap and need to know is there a difference between the LS1 master cylinder and the master cylinder from a 3.8? I have found some info that says their the same, and some that say their different?
the part numbers are all coming up the same at autozone, but would you really trust that source? they were going to get me an LS1 oil pan for 69.00 when it came it was for an LT1

to the op you got a pic of master of the 3.8 i coudl tell ya if i saw a pic, is the line comeing out of it a quick disconnect as well where it goes into the slave?
