Looks awesome Matt. I changed my fronts three years ago and I painted all four calipers. Get the 500-1000 degree engine block paint from the zone or murrays. I used black 1000 degree and it hasn't chipped or bubbled at all. It looks like i just did them. I do wash them really well when I rotate my wheels on and off my car twice a year. I went with Boshe ceramic front pads with crossdrilled/slotted rotors. I was having the worst time with the shitty GM fronts warping when I got into them. I have not had a problem since and thats been like 10000 miles. The ceramic pads do make quite the mess but they are dead silent and very firm when you stand on em.

yup yup... The squeeks are why I went with ceramic because I'm the same way about car noise. I couldnt get semi-metallic pads not to scream with my new rotors... Make sure you clean the calipers really well (sand them and metal prep them) that way the paint will actually stick.

Look great, take some shots when they are on. Not only are you lucky enough to have an LS1, you also got the better brakes. LT1 brakes suck.
