    need to know which posi is better in a ten bolt a eaton or auburn. What are the pro's and con's

    Eaton if you are going with another LSD. The clutches last longer than the auburn units. IMO, if you are replacing them, go with a tru-trac. It is still an LSD based differential, but it uses worm gears instead of clutches, and the gears don't wear anywhere near as quick as clutches.

      id go eaton now. i had a auburn pro street and it made one summer with street driving and 5 passes at a track before it disinergrated. i had M.T. street raid. mosher axles and auburn pro street the only part that didnt make it was the rear, oh yea the richmond gears made it.
