i only put in a 2600 for daily use. i dont think it should be much higher then that in my opinion, at least with the lt1 no need for it to rev so high, but thats just my opinion

the TC doesn't burn up. With a higher stall TC the fluid gets much hotter and cooks everything. Under about 3000rpm you shouldn't really need an added cooler.
only over drive transmissions have a lock up convertor. The cheaper Tc's somettimes have tcc (lockup clutch) issues

if you get it and dont like how it drives just add a bigger set of gears and then it will be better

SS converter is there all around converter(can take n2o but also good NA converter) PY is there Forced induction/Nitrous converter(Will take boost/a heavy n2o shot, But will be a little bit tight NA) and PT series is there max effort NA converter.

great stall. i dont know why people are buying off the shelf converters?

I bought the Pro Yank Extreme because its been proven over and over in LS1 Forced Induction applications, especially popular among the street car guys! They are proven, thats why!

Yank and Vig are the best and biggest name for 4l60es and to be honest you probably didn't get anything at all special buy "custom ordering" your Vig considering even single digit cars run off the shelf converters and they are very effiecent.
