I'd go for a 3600 for a daily driver. Maybe 4000 for a weekend warrior

Yank SS4000 is what I would run in a DD

I'd do a Yank, also they have a 3 year warranty on their converters right now. For an NA car, DD...... i'd agree with Larry, Yank SS3600.

you will also need a nice cooler. I recommend the b&m stacked plate 24,000 gvw unit
thats about $58. Stay away from the tube design

Yep SS3600 for most cam and bolt on setups and SS4000 for high rpm cams.

That's a black art. I call the converter company give them your car specks.

I put a yank ss 4000 in mine and when i drove it home from the tranny shoped i loved it... doesnt really take off till 1500 er so RPM's but i would def say a 3600 should be good

for dd i wouldnt persoanlly put a huge stall in it. my car is a weekender and i got a 3600 TCI nitrous stall for my th350 in my camaro and its a blast. I couldnt imagine driving it all the time id be afriad of burning that stall up. But thats my opinion. Just make sure whatver size stall you got with spend the extra ~$60 and get a trans cooler.

a lockup convertor is completely differant than a th350 convertor. Once its in lockup its drives like stock.

yep no problems with it burning up at all with a lock-up converter.

already have a pretty big trans cooler that came with my performabuilt trans. so sounds like a 3600 then but im clueless on the lock up and one that doesnt. i will drive this everywhere and dont want anything burning up.
