I personally dont think anything performance related from ebay is a good buy, to many scammers and such. Unless it happens to be a sale from person to person not a company to person sale. Chances are with ebay if it sounds to good to be true, your buying crap. Besides that stuff is all cast, if your going the stroker route spend the extra cash and go forged.

Have CS3 make you a kit. I'd rather buy local and help out people on this site. Plus I won't spend more then $50 on ebay on an auction after I got ripped off for over $300 a few years back.
