  • LT1 Crank sensor

    I was at milan this saturday and my car didnt start...had fuel pressure put the tech 2 on it and it had no crank......I am assuming the crank sensor is bad...would i have to replace the whole optispark??? I have a 1994 Z28

    there is no separate crank sensor on a 94. only the high res/low res pulses from the optispark. if that is bad, you are replacing the opti entirely, nobody makes replacement optical sensors.

        first, that is just a cap and rotor. it wont replace the optical sensor, which is what you need to replce.

        this guy all_ignition on ebay has the best prices i have seen for the 92-94 optispark.
