02 WS6 rear diff fit my 98 Formula

as title states will it work? im sure it will bolt up, but wondering about wiring. i dont have traction control accelerating but i do have a light that comes on if im braking and sliding. i know the gears will be a lil higher ratio which i wont mind, 3.42s i beleive is in the 02 meaning the car must have been an M6. what would a used one cost and how will i know its any better then what i have? thanks

auto's are 2.73 or 3.23 M6 3.42
non traction control have 1 speed sensor on the diff
traction control have one on each end

it will work but you may not have ABS depending on if you/it have 3 channel or 4 channel

im not really worried about the abs, other then that it should be good?? thanks for the help
