Does anyone have a box from subthump? I really like the one where you can keep your t-topps. I am about to do two types r's with the two amps two run them. just am not sure if i should get theres or build one myself. Any suggestions and what do you think about two 12's or two 10's

sub thump is pretty good, not a general pre fab box, but a semi custom one. If you are good at wood working, and have a program to get the exact air space for your subs, then build one, if not get a sub thump. As for speaker size depends on your listening habits do you like alot of loud bass, or is it more to blend together?

A friend of mine had one in his 97 SS. He had the one where you can put your t-tops and sounded great. he had 2 kicker comp vr's and they sounded great. He had them a bit under powered so they sounded good on just about anything. That's the box I plan to get come spring but I'm thinking 1 12 and get a kicker solo baric

Here's my box, I like the fact that it isn't permanently mounted. I can take it out whenever, and the amp I had was mounted to the underside of it. It puts out plenty of bass for what I listen to. 2 10" Cerwin Vega subs, hooked up to a 900w Rockford Fosgate amp (now fried), all controlled by my Clarion head unit through Monster Cables. It was a really nice setup for the $40 I paid for it. lol

Anyway, here's a link to the thread from when I got my new subs and everything:

The box I have is a really nice enclosure. I wasn't going for really loud thumpy bass or anything, just something that had a little "oomph" and could also speak clearly when the volume knob wasn't up too loud. I think I accomplished that goal very nicely. The subs are very clean, they look nice and sound nicer, and the box fits the T-Top space like a glove. I also use the t-top storage area when the tops are out, but it's usually really messy back there, so the tops usually stay in all the time lol Good luck finding what you want!

I think I am pretty stealthy with my two 10" subs and amp.

That's quite a nice setup. I personally like to show off my subs, so I'm gonna stick with what I have, but you guys have some nice setups!

I made redfbirdv6's complete setup, amp rack and box. Wasn't too hard. We both wanted the stealth look

Thats pretty cool. I like the idea that on race day, you can just pull that out and go racing, plus its stealthy. if thats even a word. I dont want boomy, just hard hitting because I listen to everything and I like it loud. I might be interested in something like that for mine, what would it cost??
