I tested a powerbass 12 against my orion xtr 12, in a cheapass qlogic bandpass box made non bandpass (was 20db louder non bandpass) and the powerbass sub was 10 db louder than the orion (it hit hard enough it broke the passive crossover mounted in the enclosure) in a good box I bet it would be great it hit 120db in the junk one
