I have one, just tapped into my rear speaker wires to get the feeds. Pretty easy, just need to tap into both sides and run the wires to the little box that converts them over to rca's------------------------------------------

should have 2 sides atleast the ones i used... you splice into the rear speakers for the line in's should be atleast 4 little screws ground and posative 2 for left 2 for right... some are 4 channel's so it would be 8 screws just unscrew it take the wire off the end put it under the screw tighten it down... they should be marked posative and negative line input... once you get them connected all you do is pop your rca's onto the other side which should have atleast 2 if not 4 rca ports depending again if you got a 2 channel or 4... unless its a single channel which i havent seen but im sure they make same concept though splice into the speaker wire screw it into the converter then plug your rca's in...Originally posted by Frank The TankTook the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice. Or you could just wait until you get your new headunit, and not tap any wires. . . lol I was gonna do this to my Dad's Aurora, but I can just replace the stock amp with a more powerful one . . . Pretty simple, but we decided not to. Let us know how it turns out!Nick H.

yeah if it has 2 rca jacks on it then you need to tap inot the left and right speaker... if it has 4 rca's you need to tap into all 4Originally posted by Frank The TankTook the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice. I was considering doing this soon, maybe I'll take the time to run the rca cables from the head unit after all, don't want any alt whine.

its kinda hard to avoid... be a eq, amp, anything really you could end up getting alt whine just have to make sure your wires are as clean os possibal you have nice grounds and dont go cheep on connections or adapters like that...Originally posted by Frank The TankTook the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon a little more juice.
