Im interested in hearing about you sub setups in these fbodys, I've been doing some messing around. Moving a bandpass box that fits in the backseat when their folded down. Hits hard, tried to mount the amp in the trunk but wasnt sure if Id hit the gas-tank drilling around. I was going to snap some pics, but this digi soaks up batts like crazy! Plus Im ripping all my amp power ect... wiring out to refit it all back in alot nicer. Ill get some pics soon!, Thanks

    Subs:

    2- 10" Sony Xplod subs

    Amp:

    MTX 4122 (200w)

Custom dual 10s box made by subthump.com. I love this box. It is great because I can still store my ttops in the back when I take them off.

I like this setup a lot because of my ttops. It also hides the subs really nice and everything looks stock looking when I don't have the ttops in the trunk. Box works great in the well because it like bounces it in there and hits really good. When it is flipped up it isn't as good but also the ttops are off so I lose a lot out the ttops as well.

Yea I am very pleased with my subthump.com millhouse box. It is great quality and you can get anything custom done to it from them. They are really friendly and work with customers good as well.

the price on the subthump boxes is competitive with what most shops charge for the same thing (any competent shop can build a decent box)

Nothing special, but I will tell you that Planet Audio are the under dogs of car audio, highly underrated. They hit REAL hard. Dual 12's, with a Crunch Series V600 amp.

Well I've just returned from a hard days work. My custom subbox CONV style is almost complete! I've just gotta drill my holes for the subs and carpet the top. All and all it came out good looking I'd say. After three unsuccessfull attempts I finaly hit gold! Heres a quick pic,
                Enjoy

i made a box a few years ago that fits in the hatch to trunk area where the cover goes and the cover can cover them if im parked somewhere (i kinda live in the ghetto) lol. the thing holds 2 alpine 10" subs. its got one port its shared by both speakers the box is split into two halves. and its the hardest hitting box ive heard for those speakers.

                        5 farad cap
                        crimpless connectors
                        200 amp alternator

I have a Jensen 7 inch in-dash DVD player, and 3 Kicker CVR 10's powered by a Kicker KX 400.1 Class D Mono amp. Interior speakers are powered by a small MTX amp, nothing special. The kid that had the car before me jacked the wiring up in the dash. I shit you not it took me almost an hour and a half just to find a power wire to hook to the DVD player. It was the biggest cluster of wires I have ever seen. But it is all good, works and thumps hard as hell.
