      im from shelby twp in macomb, glad to hear you had such a good experience with the sub frame connectors, those umi ones are actually the ones i am going to order. from you pics with the apartment complex in the backgroud i would say ur closer to lakeside mall correct?

        the fronts are jl audio c5-650 2 way components 6.5in x 2.54 depth
        the rears are diamond audio d661 6.5 6.5in x 2.7in depth
        the amp i have running them is the jl 300.4
        and for the subs two 15in audiobahn powered by the audiobahn 1800d

          lol no closer to eastland mall, im in st clair shores, the "apartment" is just my neighbhors house lol
          the sfc i got from byunspeed.com for 180 with the bolt in kit and free shiiping, it was the cheapest price i have found in my search

            You'll have to bypassthr factory amp in order tto run coaxials for mids and highs, I did atleast.

              I like that sub enclosure setup, looks like 6.5 are a good size, so was it a depth problem with the rears or am i misunderstanding u

                  the problem i ran into, hmm well the speakers fit the whole perfectly. except the bar that goes right behind it for the converitable part is in the way. so i had to shim it out 1.5'' for the speaker to clear it when the top is down. if you found a slim line speaker same 1.5'' or so you wouldnt need to do what i did

                      yeah good idea, after i shimmed it out and put the panel back on the panel was hitting the speaker. so i had to put the grill on it to protect it. then the panel stuck out about an inch but thats no big deal to me really
