I'm planning on changing the radio in my car. Do I have to do anything special when changing it because of the Theftlock? Thanks.

It wont make any diffenernce for your new radio, but if you want to sell the stock one you need to turn the theft lock off. Otherwise the old one is a pain in the butt to get unlocked.

I just put a pioneer premier deh-p590ib in the car last Thursday.
