Need to know how to remove my radio

I'm going home this weekend but we are taking home the gf's car so I thought maybe I'd tear the stereo out of my 99 TA and put the stereo out of my grand marquis. Only for a few months because I'm putting in a really nice one this winter. I got used to playing MP3 CD's now this standard CD player is pissing me off!

all you do is unbolt the bolts holding the dash together n cdplayer in..pull it out, and take out the connectors...

Does the Radio/AC trim ring just clip in? Can I pull out on it and it comes off? I've tugged pretty hard and it seems like its going to snap

are you sure you have all the bolts and stuff out?...I thought I had all the same clips and what not out when I was messing with my dash..pulling it hard and everything and wouldnt budge..till I realized I missed 1 9/32 bolt.

The radio came right now. It was just 3 bolts and the harness. I was having trouble with the trim ring around the radio/ac controls. I didn't want to snap it and have to find a new one. It ended up coming out with a 2nd set of hands helping me pull on it

Yea... Pontiacs just pop out whereas my camaro had bolts holding down the trim...

No..the 97+ cars all just have pop off trim.
