I almost bought one but I have a paint flaw on the top 1/4 of the fender and the RS spoiler will cover it up and save me from having to repaint the 1/4

Its been on clearance for a while now. The 98+ is on clearanve also but it still about $1,000 along with key fobs, dash plaques, etc....

Its been 6 years since a F-body was made, past the time a OEM is required to make replacement parts.

Somebody please explain what the difference is between 97 and 98 SS spoilers?

Here is a couple of pictures. The 98+ is a little bit taller and has 2 supports.

I can't believe I never knew that.
I think I actually like the early SS better.
That also explains why the early SLP spoiler can't really replace the 98+ SS spoiler.

SLP is a very high quality company. Even with shipping at $100 it still is a pretty good deal imo.

SLP is the OEM maker of the spoiler for GM. It's the best quality you're going to get. Their shipping does suck bigtime. I try not to order from them because their shipping prices are rediculous.

98 up style is no longer made by Gm. Im lookin for an 98 OEM fit style anyone got one to sell ?
