Nonono. Neons do not equal rice. Most mods do not equal rice. Neons originated from the old school muscle car era. Ricers took them on and started using neons a lot, yes, but it's not rice just to have neons.

I would like to know where you got that information......I am from the old school, and I never saw neons on anything but ricers and that is lately.......just wondering?

My dad said it was always a big thing on the old mopar cars? He's 64, went through the 1950's and up.
