got neons today!

neons = lame sauce.. kinda like clown shoes to me.. dont really understand why you wouldnt just go buy a sweet honda that looks like a christmas tree. I like my opinions..

Yeah guys, let's leave the negativity out of here. Neon lights isn't so much of an attention thing as it's just cool looking at night to have the car glowing.

Actually the law only permits a ticket if the neons pulsate. I learned that from my friends dad who has been a sheriff for like 30 years in Lenawee County.

believe it or not my friend has got a ticket in PLYMOUTH for having red neons all around. and tryed to fight it and there were 2 reasons why they are illegel, color of lights, and a destraction to other drivers making unsafe driving condtions for others.

i dont know i just IM him and he told me. even thoe i was there when he got it

not yet its driving me crazy he just finished up a pt cruiser motor job and he said my car is next so now im waiting to see it go in im quite excited and fusterated at the same time cuz it was supposed to be in the shop before that other car

ive heard that neons are legal in residential areas and where the speed limit is 25 or under. no place else are they allowed.

ya up here, any lights forward must be white/yellow/orange.
and any lights backwards must be red/white/yellow/orange.

no other colors
every light thats on the vechicle must work

my friend was ticketed for 2 blue leds on his front bumper
i'm sure they'd have a field day with the neons

just dont use them unless your parked, or feel like getting pulled over.

but 1 small led facing outward thru each brake/wheel would look sweet!

Ah, join the club. When I went to replace my carpet I found a hole started. I took fiberglass resin and filled it on both sides to stop the oxidation.

its right behind the drivers door at a seam not very big but enough for you to ruin your day...i talked to my friend and he said we can fix it easily...so we are gonna cut the area away and use some sheet metal and weld a new piece in place...now i plan on buying subframes and welding em in...but i also have a better idea...murrays sells hurculiner with a roller and brush and i was gonna pull up my carpet and slather it on the inside as well as the outside because bedliner is super tuff stuff and i wont have to worry about this problem again
