  • Opening ram air hood intake

What do you think? Its still in the works,I left it unfinished on blade to show better. Its painted black now and hooked up under dash like the old firebirds ram air (like old carb. choke ) Anyone know where to get a 10 ft cable like on lawnmower throttle (solid wire not stranded)Better yet does anyone know of a motor or solinoid that would hook up to throttle position switch so it would open and close when you give it the gas also able to close on rainy days. Thanks

maybe for the rain I have baffles out of hood and the air goes right thru. Its kind of like driving a f-body not necessary but sure looks cool.

It's an interesting idea, but it seems like it's really not needed, maybe just open it up and put some covers on it.

I like it, It does kinda look like its got boogers in its nose though lol. I wanted to figure out a way to have a butterfly intake setup just peeking out of a slot in my cowl.

Well..thats defently unique, mine are opened holes and i have no problem with rain, but i could see it being a slight problem if the baffles arnt there. so idk.
