Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
well im kinda scetchy about them im still not sure what im gonna do the reason i want them is cause the top of my car is black and im gonna have black racing stripes.
i might just get covers but im not sure yet.
and why wouldnt they fit?
please excuse my spelling... i went to a cathlic school.
Whatever you do, don't buy covers -- they'll warp your taillights. There's been discussions on LS1Tech.com and CamaroZ28.com a lot lately about the negatives about using covers and why the VHT Nightshades Spray-On Tint is better. Personally, if you like it, go for it. BUT, like Steve said, they don't fit that well, so be prepared for some work to get them to really fit
As far as them having carbon fiber ones, let me show ya a night pic of Red Alert's rear.
Not stock. TYC Carbon Fiber Euro Taillights. They fit perfect but the "carbon fiber" was more just black and silver checkered look and I just didn't like it, plus the plastic lense just didn't look right, so I tinted mine with VHT Nightshades, so now I get the "smoked look" during the day, and the "aftermarket" at night.
I also went with the VHT Night Shades you just can't go wrong with the Smoke Spray on Tint!! If you want to remove the tint you can use a razor or use I think it was paint thinner.
