  • Thinking of swapping to a 4th gen interior

I was thinking of swapping my front seats and probably the rear bench to a 4th gen leather interior. Since my car has been sitting in a barn with outdoor cats who use my interior for a scratchpost/litter box and since my interior has been spraypainted anyway, I was thinking of just getting the leather in there unless I can get some vinyl seats out of another second gen.
How hard is this, and how much should I be looking to pay for the seats and stuff? Anyone ever done this or know of a writeup somewhere? As long as I know it's possible, I know I can fab it up in there.
I've found a few WS6 T/As in some junkyards around with nice interiors but never asked about the interior, just how much the LS1s cost out of them. Doesn't matter how good the leather is really, creases and stuff don't matter much to me. Thanks.

The rear seats are wider in 2nd gens, then they are in 3rd and 4th. And the back rest part is 2 pieces in the later gens. It can be done though, you just have to fab up some brackets to hold them, and then some filler panels.

So would the front seats be about the same then? My rear bench isn't real bad at all since it was probably never sat in. The front seats are shot though and I've heard of people using 4th gen front seats but never the rear bench. I really don't want to fab up a filler panel even though I could. It just seems a lot easier to find some good 4th gen seats rather than second gen ones. How much would I be looking to pay for just the front seats?
