Hood or Bumper Poll?

it already looks bad ass as it is... keep the front end like a v6 and the rear end like a t/a... thats exactly what i'd do because thats what looks best. do you have just the trans am spoiler on the rear or do you have the t/a rear bumper? if not do the rear bumper leave the rest alone.

I do have the side skirts and the rear bumper is the T/A rear bumper. What aboout this? Would the only the front Bumper Lip look okay with the T/A Side Skirts and Rear Bumper?

I also still have all of the stock components except the hatch. So...

So if you want the ground effects on put the T/A bumper on and the side ground effects on it.

Dont get me wrong the hood is nice but that V6 bumper is

the 93-07 v6 bumper is nicer than the t/a like brian said..they sort of just made a cone nose and ploped some holes in it. if i were you i would just keep everything the way it is right now, or just get some t/a sideskirts and call it a day. leave bumpers as-is

I say go with the hood, and do something with the bumper later.

I was never big on the LT1 birds, I loved the LS1 ws6's though. even if the giant nostrils made the car look like it had a really bad coke problem. I always thought it would be funny to have a black WS6 and have little white vinyl flecks around the ram air and a windshield banner that said "COKE HEAD" would probably get pulled over alot though.

if you go with the nose first you will notice a difference, add the hood next year. mine had the pointed nose and i opted for this look first.

Never liked the bumper on the 93-97 TA... looks like a huge chunk of styrofoam that they just cut two circles out of and called it a day. Go with the hood.

exactly my thoughts, if anything at all go with the hood, i have never seen a 93-97 ta front bumper that i liked.

definately the hood, bumper will be fine for now but will still need to be done.

Now that I think about it you may be better off waiting on the paint until you have the bumper and hood on. Seem's how you have red, the body shop will have to sand away a good portion of your bumper and fenders to blend the color into the new hood to look good. I don't see it being worth the money to have the hood painted if your just going to have to get the hood blended to the bumper later. I may be wrong on this but I think it would be best to do everything at once.

On my black car I just took the hood, and front bumper off and had my body guy paint them black. Black is black so I didn't have to worry about blending paint to the fenders.

the one in the pic above was the original green but now it has the pearl init, its a pain to match the paint if you need to redo something like the nose this year but going with the ghost flame look should help it blend in better.
