For the hard plastic stuff, like our door panels I use this stuff we have at work called "trouble shooter" it's made by 3M. Its a mild floor stripper designed to get rid of waxy stuff. If you have lighter color door panel like I do ( tan ) it gets rid of all that nasty black stuff that gets stuck in the pebble texture plus all the other nasty marks that nothing else gets off, the best part is that most stuff will come out with a quick soak and wipe down, no heavy scrubbing.
Its a bubbling cleaner so if you get some just know that thats normal, its not your plastic melting or anything.
