The problem with gunmetal, IMO, is that it looks like a poor attempt at matching the car's paint color. Brighter is better, silver looks fantastic on PPM cars, as does chrome/polished. White is too much maintenance, and according to everyone when I asked 4 months ago, Bronze would look like ****. haha
I'm going with a silver similar to the picture posted by Jim in post #9, I think that would look amazing. Just enough contrast to really make the wheels stand out.Nick H.

x2, x3, and x4....Originally posted by kammi10 View Postterrible idea.. ask spencer.. if i recall he was starting to hate them bc it was such a pain to keep them clean..
i would go with a bright color.. nothing car.. like the pic of that wheel posted above.. needs to kind of pop out towards you
If I were to do it again, I wouldnt. I would have held out for a chrome set like I always wanted, or went with silver. If a good deal comes up on a chrome set the white ones will be gone before you know it. I LITERALLY have to clean them once a day if I DD the car. Just putting around town for work and stuff leaves them absolutely DISGUSTING!1999 Camaro - 6 liters of fury.....

I talked to him but he didn't seem to know much about them. He said he go them done a long time ago. He said he had them done through belle tire. I'm assuming belle tire outsourced them. He also didn't remember what it cost.Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View PostI wanted to ask that guy about them myself, never got a chance but i think that would look GREAT on your car.
I'm curious on the longevity though, like if the shine would actually be shinny or if it would stain. If be curious to see pics of people tha have had it done for awhile. Also curious on the price difference between them. Seems the powder would out last the chrome but I bet the chrome looks better for longer. If that makes sense...Originally posted by Darren View Postthey make a black chrome powder.2002 Z28 Camaro A4
