Looks good i did mine this spring. But mine have faded from the sun. Oh and i havent got a ticket or pulled over for the lights. So dont worry about them cops

Cops must be nice in your area. I had one pull me over and write me up for tinted windows and tinted plate cover and tried to write me up for dark headlights even though they were DOT legal Phillips black matrix lights but said he coudln't because it was light out and I didn't have my headlights on. I had another cop(state) go past me, pull over, wait for me to go by, then pull in behind me and pull me over JUST for tint. I was doing NOTHING else wrong at the time. They just look for excuses to pull you over around here, especially if you're young and have a nice vehicle.

and heres the tails on my blazer, had a cop pull me over for them once, he wrote the ticket as a fix it ended up ebing a $100 fine

Luckily I haven't gotten pulled over for my tint yet(knock on wood), which is why next year i'm going to get 5% on the sides if I don't sell the car next year. My truck is getting 5% all around because its my beater and I do it myself and whats 10 bucks.

I had that happen to me when me and a friend put 5% on my Camaro. Sept he say me pulling out of someplace as he went by, turned around and followed me a little's ways before pulling me over. I told him I'll peel it off right now, but he wouldn't let me. Guy was a dick, but most of the cops in Marysville are. Both times I've been pulled over was by a Marysville pig.

I tried to get out of my ticket but they said it wasn't a repair ticket so it didn't matter. I wound up cutting all but a 6" strip off so I wouldn't get anymore tickets. I haven't tinted any windows since.

You suck! How'd you get that? My dad was looking at getting a note but they told him that if he was caught driving a vehicle WITHOUT tint they could ticket him since he was supposed to have it "Per Dr's orders" so he never did it even though he did get the perscription.

Not ALL LED's are for offroad use..just most of the cheap ones. The Jam Strait ones I put in my truck are DOT legal and I got them at AutoZone.

The autozones here don't have a single on with DOT on them

i just went to an optomologist and took some tests, bs'ed most of the way through all of them, at the end they said i had a sensitivity to light. Then i asked them if i could get a not for my windows, i told them i bought the car tinted like that and it really helped me out!!! lol
