yeah you should. I've been taking alot of pictures so when snow comes fallin i'll have something to look at. I'm really hoping we don't have a winter at all this year. Cold doesn't matter but no snow or salt. I'll probably drive my truck still just because i don't want my car out in the cold weather and i've put over 10,000 miles on it this year.

why would it be any harder than any other v8 swap?Originally posted by thursday12889because of the high pressure shooting at my 16 year old paint. I just really don't trust it for some reason.
And yeah a V8 swap would be nice, i'd just like to make it how it came from the factory, and doing a l98 (350 tpi) swap would be alot of work.
I dont want to go carb'd thats the main thing.-Joel

because its fuel injected and theres more work involved like the wiring harness and ecm, and the tach would probably be off, and the speedo, i would need one for a v8, by the time i was done with the swap, i would've spent money and a lot of work, or i could just find one with an 8 for around the same price, same condition, and wouldn't need much workOriginally posted by JoeliusZ28why would it be any harder than any other v8 swap?

Looking awsome but to me you need something to break up all the red. Maybe a stripe? or a hood bird? I dunno just looks like to much. Maybe even a cowl hood?

nah i like stock, theres only one aftermarket hood i like but i'm poor, and i'd rather put my money towards a v8. Not apperance, if I wanted to do appearance the first things I would've bought would've been the TA wrap around wind, and the slp third gen ZR-1s in hyper black.
Oh and the v8 swap, If I could find a tpi motor with everything (trans would be nice too) including the ecm and a wiring harness, and all the pulleys then i would get it if it was a good price and start working on the car right away, but so far, i haven't come across anything within my price range.
