my berger panel is painted on my car. its dark, and goes with the theme of the stripes. kind of a "marble" look. i love it. my tail lights and 3rd brake light are tinted too. cant figure out how to insert a picture in here thats on my computer.Last edited by Gaspo; September 12th, 2011, 02:35 PM.98 z28, m6, monster clutch, eibach pro kit, custom twin turbo setup, 317 heads, z06 valve springs, arp rod bolts, 512rwhp at 10lbs. cobra eater

and yeah home depot in the spray paint section, i got mine for $5.xx a can. I was thinking of doing my rims on my GXP for the winter to protect them from the elements.- 2012 Mustang GT 5.0 - M6 / Brembo Package / 3.73 / Bama Tune / Catless X / Corsa Xtreme /

Its called the Berger panel mod because Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids was the first to paint them like that when these cars first came out. The actual body piece itself is called the tail panel or Camaro panel.

Actually the satin black tail panel on the Berger SS Camaros was done by GMMG that converted the cars for Berger. Since my Brickyard is a Berger car, it would be fitting to have a satin black tail panel. I have a new set of the 35th Anniversary silver "Camaro" fill ins...just need a new SS emblem and red Bowtie.Originally posted by my95z28 View PostIts called the Berger panel mod because Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids was the first to paint them like that when these cars first came out.
